Peter is currently an Executive Director of Peregrine Corporate Ltd, a boutique investment bank specialising in identifying, structuring, investing in and listing small to medium sized enterprises on the Stock Exchange in Australia and the UK. The focus of activities of their last 10 years has been in the resources, life science and technology sectors.

Dr Henry Pinskier graduated from Medicine in 1985 and commenced in business firstly in the Health Sector in 1989. He is a non-executive director of medical device respiratory company, KarmelSonix and director of private medical centre operator, Medi7 Pty Ltd and IT Admin – an IT company developing a range of innovative VOIP solutions for the SME sector.

Simon has spent the past twenty-five years in a range of executive management, advisory, training and facilitation roles in industries as diverse as manufacturing, science and medicine, law, HR and recruitment, local, state and federal government, banking and finance, commercialization of IP, investment banking, transport, agriculture and horticulture, hospitality and catering, IT&T, retail and franchising.
John Arundell

John Arundell has a diverse background that ranges from a firm grounding in communications and electronics, to time spent in corporate advisory, restructure work and organisational optimisation. He also has strong knowledge of finance and accounting. John is in the process of scaling up systems and processes to prepare the company for scaled-up operation and has his sights firmly set on achieving solid international growth over the years ahead.
