Terms & Conditions for Viewers
At rivusTV we are committed to providing high quality products and services. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, these Terms and Conditions explain how things work and under what circumstances we may be prepared to give you a refund.
Live
All tickets purchased for a live event are only valid for the time this event is actually being broadcast. If you purchase a ticket to view a live event and either miss the event or try to watch it after it has ended, no refund will be made. Even if the live event is subsequently made available as video on demand, the ticket you have purchased for the live event will be invalid and no refund will be provided.
On-demand
Tickets for an on-demand piece of content will be 'clipped' when the video is first viewed and it will then be possible to view that piece of content for twice the duration of the content for which you have purchased a ticket. After this time has expired, a new ticket will need to be purchased if you wish to watch the content again..
Download to Own
After a downloadable piece of content is purchased, you will be able to download the content you have purchased one time only. You will have 24 hours from the time at which you purchased the content to complete your download. Once the download has completed or 24 hours has elapsed since the time of purchase, you will have to pay again if you have not downloaded the content.
We ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We provide a preview on all live and video on demand content and if you are happy with the quality of the replay in your browser and elect to pay to view the stream, we will not refund your purchase if you subsequently decide that you do not want to watch the stream or should your download connection change the quality of the replay.
The only circumstances where we will refund your purchase are where the infrastructure that we control makes it impossible for you to view the video content you have purchased.
