RivusTV uses highly skilled people to provide services that respond to the needs of Broadcasters, Affiliates, Resellers and Viewers by providing the infrastructure that brings them all together.

It is up to you to choose the information that you give to RivusTV.

Where Broadcasters, Affiliates and Resellers are concerned, we will collect information relating to your business, your account and mailing details, payment arrangements, contractual terms and the details of our contacts within your business.

How we collect personal/corporate information

RivusTV collects personal and/or corporate information directly from you, when you establish a user account online or when you enter into a contract with rivusTV as a Broadcaster, Affiliate or Reseller.

How we use your personal/corporate information

In our businesses the personal information that we collect from you is used to provide you with updates and information in your areas of interest, if you have opted in to receive such information.

Your corporate information is only used in the context of communicating with you, supplying the services you require and ensuring that all aspects of our agreement with you are observed in our ongoing relationship.

Will your personal/corporate information be given to anyone else ?

We will not disclose personal information about you to any third parties unless you have provided your express consent for us to do so.

We will not disclose your corporate information to any third party unless we are obliged to do so under the laws of Australia, or with your express consent.

You can access your personal information

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know.

For security reasons, you may be required to put your request in writing.

Further, you may be charged a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.
